The following are some tips to keep your roses fresh and beautiful.

Upon arrival:
1. Carefully remove all packaging from the flower and re-cut stems with a sharp knife on an angle.
2. Condition roses in clean warm water and floral preservatives included in your order. (warm water for improved hydration)
3. Remove all undesirable rose petals and foliage and take care not to cut or scrape stem bark.

To arrange:
4. Use clean vase with ample water capacity. Roses are thirsty and need lots of water.
5. Keep vase full by adding water daily.
6. Avoid direct source of heat, including top of TV set, since heats up when the set is on.
7. DO NOT use terra cotta bowls due to the chemical reactions.
8. Avoid moisture to bulbs which will cause rotting.
